review – Cinema H24

PLOT (season 1 ): The main character is Sarah, a woman who steals the identity of a suicide victim who looks exactly like her. Sarah has always lived the life of an orphan outsider. But a clone is never alone. Sarah hopes that cleaning out a dead woman’s bank account will solve all her problems. Instead, her problems multiply – and so does she.

WHAT I SAY:

It is a perfect blend of mystery, sci-fi, thriller, drama and comedy elements – and many wonderfully colourful characters – that will make you want to binge-watch entire seasons.

Tatiana Maslany, the main actress, won the Emmy for outstanding actress in a dramatic TV series. It definitely worth watching for the quality of the acting.

FINAL EVALUATION: 9/10

PLOT: After spending the night together on the night of their college graduation Dexter and Em are shown each year on the same date to see where they are in their lives. They are sometimes together, sometimes not, on that day.

TRAILER:

WHAT I SAY:

Romantic, Intense and Tear-jerking are the adjectives I can use to describe this film. At first it could appear as a predictable story about a friendship which becomes a relationship. Nothing further from the truth!

Many scenes are heart breaking (you could cry… I did) and the end is unbelievable, a plot-twist you could never expect.
